Winter Garden, Florida - April 6, 2013 - Nearly a dozen children are diagnosed with central nervous system (CNS) tumors every day. CNS tumors are the third most common form of childhood cancer and fewer than 20 percent of these children will survive. On April 6, Noahʼs Light Foundation and the city of Winter Garden will host the Winter Garden Bike Fest & Criterium to raise funds and awareness for CNS tumor research. The Bike Fest will feature four distance rides as well as criterium races, a family ride and a family festival with over 50 vendors, live music and a beer garden. Proceeds will benefit Noahʼs Light Foundation.

Festival attendees can cheer on riders in the criterium races, or ride in one of the fully SAG supported charity rides. The 100 mile race starts at 7:30AM, the 62 mile race starts at 8:30AM, the 30 mile race begins at 9:30AM and the 10 mile ride for families starts at 10:00AM. Join us for the family friendly “Light the Path” Evening Ride at 5:30. During this ride, families can adorn their bikes with lights and other decorations to memorialize those who have lost their battle with childhood cancer and in support of those still fighting. Criterium races will begin at 10:00AM and will run continuously through 7:30PM. For more information or to sign up for a ride go to:
